Writing can be like painting. Or sometimes like drawing. I'm hesitant to compare it with photography since there's a whole section here devoted to that, but of course the two are frequently akin. And then there are times when writing is exactly like writing. Welcome to the center of Tension Headache's verbal beehive. Words fun or formalist, words direct or for effect. prose Every story paints a picture. Indeed, you may have already seen a few good ones just cruising around the pages of this site. Visit prose for more rollicking yarns and ripping rampages.

P is for Poetry
poems Every so often, the mood just strikes. Assuming one didn't duck fast enough, it's then time to put down the keyboard and take up the quill. Poetry is a tricky area and we don't venture there often, but the stuff needed a home so we gave it one.

H is for Haiku
