A brief conversation with Darby Faeth and Linseed Strong about how Foleys walk the walk.

So, tell us about The Foley Walkers.

DF: There's really nothing to say…

Who's in the band?

LS: Probably it's better if we weren't too definite about that right now.

Is Duke the Dynamiter still playing bass?

LS: Y'know. Sometimes.

Havin' some lineup issues, huh?

BOTH: Something like that.

I always thought you guys got along great.

DF: Sure we do. LS: Right. We're like The New Mickey Mouse Club. DF: But with bongs.

Are you ever going to play any shows?

DF: You never see any foley walkers.

You do have something coming out though, don't you?

LS: Well we should write some songs first I guess. We're not really stressing over it. People can check the web site. I mean "Put something out," like… what does that even mean these days anyway? DF: We could make more money mowing lawns.

So let me get this straight: there's no band, and no record, and no material?

Both: Yeah, that's right.
